It is recommended that puppies from 6 weeks to 6 months
be fed three times a day and puppies from six months to one year be fed twice a day. Small breed dogs after
one year old, can be fed one to two times a day depending on dog's desire. I feed our Havanese breakfast and
dinner. They seem more hungry at dinner than breakfast. For flavor, I always add a spoonful of soft dog food
to their hard food and mix it together.
